1. About This Policy
This policy applies to mirami.cc and to product features offered there, including browsing marketing pages, starting a video chat session, matching, browsing profiles, and related support requests.
MiramiChat is an independent video chat service at mirami.cc and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Mirami.chat. References to MiramiChat in this policy mean this website only.
This policy describes practices that can be verified from the current site configuration and the underlying video-chat product. Where a detail is not verified, the wording stays limited instead of filling gaps with typical-website assumptions.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on how you use the service, the following categories of information may be processed:
- Information you choose to provide, such as a support email you send or details you enter if you use an account or payment flow.
- Session and account identifiers used to keep you signed in or to operate a guest session, including tokens stored in cookies or local device storage.
- Technical information created when your browser requests pages or product APIs, such as browser type, device characteristics, language preference, and request metadata.
- Camera and microphone access granted through your browser so a 1-on-1 video chat can run. Permission to use those devices is not the same as a confirmed recording or storage practice.
- Payment-related information if you use a paid feature. Card or checkout details may be handled by the applicable payment provider rather than collected as a card number stored by this marketing site.
3. Camera and Microphone Permissions
Video chat requires access to your camera and microphone. The browser asks for that permission. You can deny, later revoke, or turn the camera or microphone off with the in-call controls.
Browser permission lets the product capture a live stream for communication. That is separate from whether any server stores, records, or retains that stream.
This policy does not make a recording or storage guarantee beyond what is verified in the current service implementation. Access to your camera and microphone is required for video communication. This policy does not claim that calls are never recorded, stored, or captured by another participant.
4. Website and Device Information
When you load mirami.cc, your browser makes ordinary web requests. Those requests can include the page URL, your IP address as seen by the host, user-agent information, and similar network metadata.
Hosting and content-delivery infrastructure used to operate the site may process IP addresses and standard request logs as part of delivering pages, images, and application data. This policy does not claim that IP addresses are never processed.
The product also stores some values on your device so a session can resume, language can persist, or a progressive web app install can work. Typical examples in the current stack include cookies or localStorage used for session restoration and preferences.
5. Analytics and Cookies
The current MiramiChat site configuration does not declare a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID. This policy therefore does not state that Google Analytics is active on mirami.cc.
Cookies and similar storage may still be used for session, language, and product operation even when a marketing analytics ID is not configured. If analytics is added later, this policy should be updated to name the provider actually in use.
This policy does not describe Facebook, TikTok, Clarity, or other advertising pixels as part of the current MiramiChat configuration, because those IDs are not declared here.
6. Account Information
You can begin using video chat through a lightweight session. The product may create or restore a session so camera, microphone, and call controls can work.
If you register, sign in, or complete an account-related step, account identifiers, credentials, or linked sign-in information may be processed to authenticate you and keep the session available.
This policy does not list a complete inventory of every account field, because that would require a field-by-field product dump that is not published here. It also does not claim that accounts are anonymous.
7. Payments
MiramiChat may offer free attempts, and no VIP membership is required to begin. Continued calls or some paid usage can require payment depending on the account and region.
If you pay, payment processing may occur through the applicable service or payment provider used by the product. This policy does not claim that MiramiChat itself stores your full payment-card number on this website.
Mirami.chat diamonds, app-store packs, and Mirami.chat billing are a different product. They are not treated as MiramiChat payment facts in this policy.
A specific refund timetable is not documented in the current verified materials, so this policy does not invent one.
8. Third-Party Services
The website and product rely on third-party infrastructure to operate. That can include application servers, object storage for images and static files, real-time communication services used for video, and payment providers if you buy a paid feature.
Those providers process information according to their own roles: delivering a page, storing an asset, connecting a call, or completing a checkout. This policy does not list every vendor name where the current materials do not make that list public.
If you follow a link to another website, including independent guides on this site that discuss Mirami.chat, that other site’s privacy terms apply to what you do there.
9. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate the website and video chat product, including matching, browsing profiles, placing a 1-on-1 call, restoring a session, and showing the correct language.
It may also be used to process a payment you start, to respond to a support email you send, to keep the service working, and to investigate abuse or security issues when that is necessary to operate the product.
This policy does not claim that information is never shared. It may be processed by infrastructure and payment providers as described above, shown to another participant when you turn on a camera or send something in a call, or disclosed if required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
This policy does not state a fixed number of days for logs, recordings, or account records, because no verified retention schedule is published in the current materials.
Information is kept as needed to operate the service, restore a session you are still using, complete a payment you started, handle a support request, or meet a legal obligation that actually applies. When a specific period cannot be verified, no invented period is used.
11. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to operate the site and product sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this policy does not claim otherwise.
This policy does not claim that video calls are end-to-end encrypted or that another participant cannot capture what appears on their screen.
12. Your Choices
You can refuse camera or microphone permission, turn those devices off during a call, leave with End or Next, and clear cookies or site data in your browser.
You can also limit what you show on camera and what you share in a conversation. The safety guide explains practical habits; this policy does not repeat that guide.
If applicable law where you live provides rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, you may use the contact channel to make a request. This policy does not claim that GDPR, CCPA, or any other named regime applies worldwide.
13. Children's / Age Requirements
MiramiChat is for adults 18 years and older. The site is not directed at children.
If you believe a person under 18 is using the service, contact MiramiChat through the contact page. Do not send sensitive images of a minor.
14. Changes to This Policy
This policy may change when the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when a revision is published.
Continued use of mirami.cc after an update means you should read the revised policy. Material changes should be reflected here rather than only in a separate unpublished note.
