6. Video Chat and User Interactions
MiramiChat facilitates user-to-user video interaction. Another person in a call is not an employee speaking for MiramiChat simply because a match occurred.
The service does not guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, or trustworthiness. It does not guarantee that every interaction will be appropriate, that a connection will stay uninterrupted, or that another participant cannot screenshot or record what appears on their screen.
These terms do not claim that all users have been verified.
7. Payments and Paid Features
Free attempts may be available, and no VIP membership is required to begin. MiramiChat is not completely free. After free attempts, continued video chat or some paid usage can require payment depending on the account and region.
If a call or feature requires payment, the product should ask before you continue. Payment processing may occur through the applicable service or payment provider. These terms do not treat Mirami.chat diamonds or app-store packs as MiramiChat prices.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of MiramiChat is not liable for conduct of other users, for content another person shows, for lost profits, or for damages that result from using or being unable to use the service, except where liability cannot be limited.
